A little bit about me, I have been an athlete all my life, competing in a variety of team and individual sports at various levels. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand just how important the mental side is to achieving performance excellence.
This understanding drove me to pursue studies into how the mind works and uncover ways to optimize it for performance.
My academic and performance experiences have strengthened my passion for helping others perform at their best and improve as people, not just performers.

As a Mental Performance Consultant, I want to provide the kind of support I never had the opportunity to receive and help others become the best versions of themselves. I have worked with individuals and teams from various contexts, ages, and levels of competition; delivering individual sessions, team workshops, and coach-specific support.
